  • OverDrive - Digital Library 101(.pdf) - Browse, Check Out and Download Audiobooks! Learn about the download service from OverDrive and become comfortable answering basic patron questions on using the OverDrive AudioBook Collection.
  • OverDrive - Community Outreach (.pdf)- Learn creative techniques for introducing new patrons to your OverDrive download library. The presentation showcases promotional ideas from high circulating libraries.
  • Patron Assistance (.pdf) - "Become an OverDrive Download Library Specialist " - This session will help you take your understanding of your OverDrive Download Service to the next level so you can share your knowledge through support and training.
  • OverDrive Download Station  - OverDrive Download Station is software that enables a public Internet station to also serve as a self-service download kiosk.  Library users can then download OverDrive Audiobooks and Music to a portable player – inside the library.  This class helps prepare public service staff to demonstrate OverDrive Download Station and answer basic questions from users. 
  • OverDrive Real Time Reports - This class showcases how to best track circulation, new users, site traffic, and popular titles using reports in Content Reserve.

  • Using Audiobooks (NetLibrary) (.pdf) Slow to load - Topics include getting started, essential resources for assisting your users, how to search and view eAudiobooks, how to create an end-user account, how to download eAudiobooks, and how to transfer eAudiobooks to an MP3 player.
  • Using Ebooks (NetLibrary)(.pdf) Slow to load - Topics include getting started, creating end-user accounts, searching for titles, copying and pasting text, printing pages, adding notes, saving titles to a favorites list, plus other features and functions. The session also reviews the essential resources available to help your users to access NetLibrary eBooks with ease.
